Client Review & Feedback Policy

Review, Feedback & Client Verification Policy

I value genuine feedback from clients, students, participants, prospects and service users. Feedback helps me improve the quality, clarity and professionalism of my coaching, training, mentoring and educational services.

At the same time, I believe that public reviews should be authentic, accurate, relevant and based on a real service experience.

Because my work often involves coaching, personal development, training and confidential conversations, I do not publicly disclose or discuss private client, student or participant information in response to online reviews. However, when a review is posted, I internally check whether the reviewer can be verified as a client, student, participant, purchaser, prospect or service user.

Where I am unable to verify such a relationship, or where a review appears to contain unverifiable allegations, irrelevant commentary, misleading claims or statements not connected to an actual service experience, I flag the review and request the review platform to examine it under its authenticity, accuracy, relevance and content-verification policies.

This policy is not intended to suppress genuine criticism. Genuine clients, students and participants are welcome to share accurate feedback about their actual experience. My concern is only with reviews that cannot be verified, are not based on a real service interaction, or contain claims that are unrelated to the service provided.

For genuine service-related concerns, I encourage direct communication through my official contact channels so the matter can be reviewed respectfully and professionally.
